Héctor Company

Born in Albaida (Valencia). He began his studies at the School of Music Albaida. Continuing his studies at the Conservatory of Music “Josep Melchor Gomis” with Francisco Najera, continuing later at the Conservatory “José Iturbi” (Valencia) with Carlos Gil Rated Outstanding and Special Honor Award End Intermediate. Later comes to pursue his studies at the Royal Conservatory of Madrid with Professor Elies Hernandis. He attended the Erasmus program at the University Mozarteum in Salzburg für Musik with Dany Bonvin. Most influential teachers in their path Carlos Gil and Inda Bonet (SBLM) in Spanish Brass Academy. The following year studying at the Universidad Complutense the Master in Training and Language and Pedagogy of trombone at the Madrid Royal Conservatory. During these years he has conducted courses with: Ximo Vicedo, Mario Calvo, Ben van Dijk, Jorgen van Rijen, Carlos Gil, Gilles Millere, David Jackson… He has participated in various orchestras both young and professionals: JOICO, Camerata Salzburg, Junge Philharmonie (Salzburg), National Orchestra of Spain, IJOA(Germany), Festival Junger Kunstler (Bayreuth), Idyllwild Festival Orchestra (California, USA), Ensemble Orfeo 33 (Paris) , among others. He has made some compositions for chamber music, trombone and piano. He has recently published an article in a journal of musical thought: COMPANY ALBERT, H. Journal of musical thought. TRESEFES. Retrospección sonora. No. 1 Mar 2011. ISSN 2172-9239. He has taught trombone at the Universidad Autónoma de Sinaloa (Mexico). He is currently trombone player Orquesta Sinfónica Sinaloa de las Artes (Culiacan, Mexico) and continuing his research in the educational field at the Universidad Pedagógica de Sinaloa.
