Dear Trombone Enthusiast,

The International Trombone Festival would like to extend to you this invitation to exhibit at ITF2015. This year’s Festival will be held July 8–11, 2015 hosted by Inda Bonet, trombonist the Spanish Brass Luur Metalls, at the Conservatorio Superior de Música Joaquín Rodrigo, Valencia, Spain.

Once again, the festival is a unique opportunity to make contact with trombonists worldwide. Participants in ITF2015 will represent every level of playing from the professional to the student to the amateur. Please visit the official Festival website,, to view a list of artists that will be performing at this year’s Festival. You will need to go back to this website often to see updates and get more information on the Festival.

I have attached both the booking forms for exhibiting and advertising to this email. Please choose a payment option and provide the requested information. I encourage you to send in your booking form and payment as soon as possible so you can reserve your space.

If you are not able to exhibit at Conservatorio or you wish extra visibility for your product(s), I would like to offer you the opportunity to place your advertisement in the program booklet. This booklet will be seen by hundreds of trombonists and will give your product(s) the greatest visibility. This is a wonderful way to give your product(s) the exposure it deserves. You will find advertisement sizes and prices on the advertising booking form. I will be in contact with you about the details concerning the deadlines for submission of your advertisement. All checks or money orders, for either exhibiting or advertising, are to me made payable to the Asociación de Trombonistas Españoles.

Come join us in Valencia and enjoy the International Trombone Festival! As always, please feel free to contact me with any questions that you might have. I will be glad to assist you in any way possible.
